Gramin Vikas Trust invites quotation from construction vendors for fencing of 21 forestry sites in Jorhat and Kokrajhar Circle of Assam State for the following works:

General Requirements and Instructions:
1. The vendor must be a proprietorship/firm/company having experience of 5 years in construction related works.
2. The vendor must have preparedness to deploy suitable labour in the sites for the fencing work.
3. The vendor must be able to execute all the works within 12 months from the date of issue of WO.
4. Quotation will be valid for 10 days from the date of opening.
5. GST No & Contact Details must be mentioned on quotation
6. Quotation and all correspondence must always indicate the ENQUIRY NO. & DATE.
7. Quotation must be typed/ written in the indelible ink and should be free from correction and erasers
8. The sealed quotations must reach to the office on or before 25/04/2022 by 15:00 pm through courier/ registered post/ by hand.
9. The payment would be made only by RTGS after the payment released by client.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction: All action at law or suits arising out of or in connection with this latter or the subject matter thereof shall be instituted in court of competent jurisdiction in Delhi.
