MLA’s Visit Boosts Momentum for Rural Water Infrastructure

The Hon’ble MLA of Chaprauli, Shri Ajay Kumar, conducted a comprehensive monitoring visit on 9^th April, 2025 to inspect the progress of Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) works in Palda Village, Baghpat, U.P. Facilitated by GVT, the inspection included interactions with the Village Water and Sanitation Committee (VWSC), a visit to the Overhead Tank (OHT) site, and meetings with the Executive Engineer, Jal Nigam. District officials expressed satisfaction over the community’s participation and GVT’s on-ground facilitation. The visit reinforced political and administrative commitment to ensure last-mile delivery of safe drinking water.
